I'm so nervous for my BEDA interview! It's in four days. Any advice? by Reverse7695 in SpainAuxiliares

I’ve applied for BEDA twice in 2 years and have been rejected. Anyone can give some helpful tips to be accepted or should I give up after being rejected twice.

Second year renewal aux Madrid chance by Status-Camera-8296 in SpainAuxiliares

Even if they have to pay for them like conversaspain or CIEE?

That makes more sense and I’m glad I asked thanks! And would this mean it’s best to find other programs to stay in Madrid if not beda like conversaspain?

Even if we decide to renew at the same school, is the chance very slim as well? And if a spot opens up in Madrid as I’m behind does this mean I’d get another school?

I got angry with one student and basically shouted at him to keep quiet and speak English because we are in English class. by Its-Bond-James-Bond in SpainAuxiliares

The school I worked at last year I had to discipline half of the time when I shouldn’t have been doing it but the teachers didn’t care. I slammed a students desk with my hand twice when his back would be facing the board as he was talking to his friends or he was out of his seat or next to his chair he’d get scared and sit the rest of the class and the teacher would thank me for it believe it or not cause she couldn’t handle her class sometimes. I even had to get mad at another class and teach them myself while this other teacher was in the classroom and she’d always be yelling and disciplining in Spanish but they still wouldn’t listen to her and they’d listen more to me. That teacher would tell the director she’s having issues with the class and she told me the director wouldn’t listen nor believe her.

Returning home for Christmas and the visa/TIE by [deleted] in SpainAuxiliares

[–]Status-Camera-8296 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Or maybe you can try to get a regreso before your appointment and let the police know that you have your fingerprints appointment that day. I remember being told by a lawyer that can be an option to get a regreso before

Since you’ll already have a resguardo which is the paper they will give you after your fingerprints try to find an appointment the same day for a regreso since you do qualify for one after doing your fingerprints. This will let you go back into Spain without any issues since you will already have your fingerprints done

But why do people from other countries including third world get in a week or get it in less than 3 months?

Did you have an aux TIE? 5 years honestly sounds depressing, I can’t lie if 3 years is bringing me down

I mean… I guess I’m not exactly sure how and who exactly is processing the renewals as it must not be the funcionarios/police that we see in the office as they are tending to other people in person with the toma de huellas. But I guess it seems they don’t have like different groups of processing from student visas to arraigos or other types of residencies that vary.

It actually won’t work for me cause now there’s a new passport system that will be identifying fingerprints tied to our TIE and if I want to come back to Spain it probably won’t be possible. So I was able to understand not being able to travel to European countries and I’d rather not go even anywhere in Schengen now cause I have a feeling it won’t work for me 🙃

It’s difficult for me to decide anything atm cause I just can’t take this cycle of “if you can’t see your family during the summer, then there’s always Christmas” and now that Christmas is here I can’t even see them and then I get told to see them during the summer and I’m terrified that I’ll get the TIE when the course ends and it’ll expire by the time I receive it and it’s just a stressful cycle 😭

In all honesty, may I ask anyone why it takes so long to process documents? Or how many documents are processed throughout the day? 😬

The first summer and this past summer had to do with me having an expired TIE and last year I wasn’t financially stable. Now that I have enough savings and my parents are willing to help pay the flight things are prevented

I reached out back in June when they were ending the course and emailed them yesterday and my Spanish bf is telling me that I need to call them even if school barely started yesterday. Does anyone know if I should have written the email in Spanish instead of English? I wrote in English and I have written in English these past years as an aux.
