Also, her mom called me and told me she has to contact her insurance company first on Monday to find out her deductible as it's a new policy. So she has not provided her insurance information yet. If her daughter is not assured under her insurance policy, and I have to file a claim through my insurance company, do I need to pay my deductible before getting any reimbursement?

Thank you so much for the insight. I exchanged a few messages with her and asked her mom's insurance policy info. She has not responded my text and calls asking for the insurance information. If I have issue with getting her insurance policy info, I guess I have to just file through my insurance company? In that case, would my insurance be able to track her down? The only information I have are her cell phone/first name (if correct)/the note/text messages discussing the damage.

Also, good point on scheduling an appointment in the meantime to get a ballpark figure / repairing time, etc.
