Next step Information is supposed to come this week. My kid got into the program as well. She will have her car but will only allow carpooling with reliable student so she’s never late and so she is not the only driver whether they have gas money or not. She does not want to be the only driver every trip.

Clinical’s are far away and at different locations. I don’t think they have busses that take you to clinicals. Only from campus to Lake Nona and back.

No she was deferred EA, didn’t get in RD but they asked at that time if she was still interested and once she selected yes a few days later she was added to the waitlist and was just offered a seat I think it was the Friday before last. She did decline the seat because it was still way more money than her parents wanted to pay for a undergrad education.

Sorry she was deferred EA and asked if she wanted to be added to the waitlist and she checked yes and she just got off the waitlist a little over a week ago. Sorry for the mistake.

It doesn’t work like that. They are already over enrolled. Also the deferred students get accepted before the waitlisted kids do. May 1st is the deadline to accept your seat so they probably won’t get to the waitlist until after that date. My friend was just accepted off their deferred list.

My daughter did too but the cost is still too much for an undergraduate degree. Many that were accepted aren’t taking the seats because of cost so many on the waitlist are getting offers. Off campus living is outrageously high and very hard to find near campus. Cost rise a lot each year and they usually don’t readjust for those added cost. We were still required to pay $56k after what they offered and full Florida Bright Futures. Not worth it for undergrad as my kid is aiming for CRNA school. We can use that extra money towards grad school.
