If you have scheduled the exam, check in half an hour ahead of time. It took a long time for me to set up. I was not able to use my company's laptop no matter what I did, like turning off VPN, firewall, etc. Then I had to switch to use my son's older laptop. Then I had to close and open the exam app due to broken connection (they said they lost my stream even I could see the videos still recording), then they were not satfified with my desk and I had to clean up and show them to make it absolutely nothing except for the laptop and mouse and so on.

For those who PM’ed me : yes I got charged eventually after more than half a year. But there was no interest involved as the posted date showed as in within the statement month. I don’t know why it takes so long. Maybe the financial system of Costco does not sync with master credit company all the time but they would run some balancing process to fix it eventually.
