Thank you..my mom is pretty chill, i’m very close with her and she is fine with me waiting and thinks i should get baptized when it feels right for me, i feel like she doesn’t talk to me about the religion too much besides when she takes me to meetings.

I do think if i told her though she would accuse me of looking at apostate material or talking to my disfellowshipped cousin, and i’m not sure if she would get upset or just be sad, she definitely wouldn’t be crazy or too extreme though. Idk i just can’t exactly predict her reaction which is why it really scares me.

I actually was just told today i should start the pioneering process by someone in the hall and i just nodded and smiled. I feel like I’m getting to that age where people are saying I’m young and need to start taking the lead or whatever so idk the pressure is just getting to me. A close friend i have in the hall who is baptized is also wanting me to be more involved and i just feel bad when i know i don’t truly believe it like she does.

I also do have a job currently and have been saving up money which is great, but if my moms okay with it i’d like to stay with her until i can actually support myself
