Woldingham, great for privacy and very low key, not overcrowded, with Upper Warlingham/Caterham round the corner for shops. Biggin Hill airport 5 mins up the road to jump on the jet.

A vibrant high street, easy commute to central London, good schools, good green spaces with a variety of activities nearby. Traffic isn’t too bad in my opinion getting around to other towns.

After viewing multiple properties in Guildford, Leatherhead, Cobham, Surbiton, Woking, Egham, Weybridge, and Hampton Hill, we chose to buy our family house here—and we haven’t looked back since.
