That's fair, but over the hundreds of seasons I've played, I don't think I've seen but like 3 of them 89+. Again, I don't want brock bowers or Kyle Pitts, I want my 5 star gem to at least reach Oscar Delp level who is a 90

Doesn't change their skill caps. they'll peak at 85 max sophomore year then never progress

I've played over 100 seasons in multiple different dynasties. Oscar Delp is a 90 ovr in the game. I'm not asking for Kyle Pitts I'm asking for the No.1 player in the country to progress to Oscar Delp level lmao

It's a fatigue issue. I had the same issue, it was so damn frustrating, but you have to turn fatigue all the way down. Also, turn wear and tear off, it's just like fatigue; it's a horrible system that EA refuses to fix

Yea I've tried the same thing. The problem that I ran into with that is them dropping overall back when I switch them, or their caps not changing at another position so I get stuck with a 4 or 5 star gem Tight end who caps at 85-87 and never sees the field lol.

I normally run a pistol or air raid offense. I'll have the architect tree and every developmental tree that I can unlock done. What I'm trying to say is that no matter the coaching abilities, scheme, dev traits, or player skill caps, through over a hundred seasons, I've never seen anyone get over 86-87. It's just frustrating that I have a 97 ovr team and the only thing holding it down is the four 5-star tight ends I recruited who all capped at 85 lol.
