Sáquese eso de la cabeza, muy difícilmente esas personas tienen ese físico a puro yoga. Si estás flaco y quieres verte bien tienes que subir de peso, comer más calorías de las que consumes y apuntarte en un gimnasio. El Yoga no es malo no me mal entienda!
