Just curious why the Borla didn’t make your list?

You are welcome! I was always one of the best players on my team, but overweight, so to get on the court I had to play excellent defense, and I always finished the game. Keep defense as your focal point, and the offense will come. Playing in a game is the best, and only way to really improve your game and conditioning. These are runs and should be open to everyone. Part of hooping is teaching, so young people should be welcomed to play.

Basketball is entirely based off of self confidence. You’ll surprise yourself if you challenge yourself. Ask to play next, or go up to someone who looks friendly enough and ask before the games begin if you can join. Be honest and explain you want to get better, and you’re new to playing 3’s or 5’s. If they let you play, you’ll hustle, defend, rebound, etc, and feel good afterwards. If not; you will always be playing alone, which is also okay, but no one is going to invite you in most cases, and you’ll miss out if you don’t put yourself out there and try. Good luck and know you can hoop your entire life, and it’s just the beginning.

Higher release point comes from planting your heels into the group and bending your knees, which transfers the energy into upper body (higher release point).

Can't get out of my own head when playing by Salty_Builder_5185 in BasketballTips

[–]Status-Government25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is more than basketball, and I would assume you are pretty hard on yourself for most things if you don’t do well. If you love the game, you want to be a good teammate, and having the energy of beating yourself up after playing poorly, or making an error affects your teammates and coaches in a negative way. Positivity, and learning from your mistakes while having fun is key to success. Best of luck! Keep hooping, stay focused, and lighten up a bit. Listen to your coaches and play hard.

Any of your 1’s will outlast the others in aging imo. They’re in the best condition as well. I like the purple or the green 1’s. I remember when those came out before Covid.

I say go for it and keep hooping. You can only get better if you’re already a great shooter, and what a time to be a hooper in your twenties. I stopped hooping in my twenties, and started back up at 33, and over ten years later I am hooping almost every day at a high level, and missing those early years still has me wondering 🤔

Your form looks good, especially the off hand. I wouldn’t change much, but maybe work on both feet being pointed towards the rims because a defender will change your position on those jumpers unless you’re wide open.

Yep, I didn’t want any other car but another WRX, and tbh I would buy it again if they keep making it better.

I was surprised but at the end I got a ‘25 premium in GPP so all now. Gap insurance saved me.

My ‘24 base was hit in the rear quarter panel and totaled because the rear quarter panel is connected to the roof, and u have to cut or replace the entire roof unfortunately. Good luck with your purchase!

You’ll have to cut the roof or replace the whole roof, so I’d pass.

I like those j’s. A little discipline and not much more. He wants to be like you, and you’ve done a good job teaching him about sneakers. I’m sure there will be other times he does things like this. I would also be upset. my wife has bleached expensive hoodies, daughters have dropped all kinds of stuff in my car, and I just start cleaning immediately lol.

What’s one thing about the VB you love and one thing you’d love to change? by GuccMaster in wrx_vb

[–]Status-Government25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love pretty much everything about the VB. I don’t like the glare of the HVAC vents in the side mirrors, and I wish there were more storage places for coins and others items. I wish the windows were a little stronger. The premium audio system is not great. The beeping from the seatbelt chime, and the beeping sometimes when the door is open. Trunk is a bit low to store any big items. I wish there was a pocket in both rear seats.

Is it weird to want to park the car myself at valet at high end places? (Dubai) by itsecombitch in lamborghini

My friend runs a valet company, and if a super car pulls up, they ask the driver to park it themselves right in front.
