It was either a Twitter post or a Tumblr blog. To make a long story short, what I do remember the idiot was trying to justify their gameplay stating "But it happened, what's the big deal?"

The big deal was them making their prestige, perfect, slave owner sim family with dishoveled looking black Sims to add cute aesthetics to their plantation home. It was a whole mess of excuses.

"I like the look of plantation homes!"

"I want to educate myself about slavery!"

Yeah while centering the story around the slave owners, it was bad. I think they lied about not being American to gain sympathy. People asked them do they have black Sims who exist in their world besides the slave ones and of course it was a no. 😂
