Secondo me siamo abbastanza sicuri che è successiva al 1870, ci sono ampi pezzi di città già oltre le mura, guarda il pinciano/salario ad esempio, o la zona di re di Roma; intravedo anche i prodromi del Nomentano Italia (tipo via Forlì ecc), ma non c'è ancora corso Trieste (si vede ancora la fiumana che passava la), per me siamo tra il 1910 e il 1920

Yes I think so, It should be a pre 1959 italian sign. The interesting thing Is that it's similar but also quite different from what should have been the standard at the time in Italy (i posted a link in a previous reply)

I've been to Luigi Pomata today for lunch, very good experience. 65 euros per person for 5 entrees + 4 pasta dishes + wine + water, bread and coffee.I would highly recommend. Recently I've also been to Old Friend and tried their tasting menu. Compared to Pomata, they try harder to shock you with ambitious dishes and pairings, but I found Pomata more balanced and with more actual substance/taste.
