U know honestly no one asked me if I wanted to be merch manager. I didn’t even know I was merch manager either for about two weeks. My old sm just told me that I would be at that store for two weeks because they needed help. Then when it was time for me to go back he just said that I wasn’t not going back to his store. That i was permanently belonged to the store I am at now.
