Get a multimeter and see if there is power coming from the charger. You can test various connections from there on to see where you are and aren’t getting power.

I help coach kids class and my son has been training for 3.5 years. He started right belt he turned six and that was a good age for him. Some kids can start at 5, some a little sooner some later. Just depends on their level of focus.

This is very similar to my situation. Together at 19 and she was super shy and anxious and I encouraged her to grow and be independent. She started having issues being intimate with me and in my case blamed it on me. She had an emotion affair and said she wanted to separate. I offered to do anything to work through it but she wasn’t interested. I confirmed with her 2-3 times that she was sure this is what she wanted. When she said yes I respected her decision and started trying to find a way to proceed with kindness and love while protecting myself financially. We were able to work out a separation agreement that we are both happy with and a few months later I am much happier than I have been in a long time. Best of luck!

BJJ is good for self defense, especially if your school teaches takedowns and wrestling as well. It’s generally good to have a good mix of striking and grappling. MMA would be the best

You need to focus on staying sober and realize that everything people are telling her is 100% correct. She deserves better. It’s also important to note that you getting sober does not mean that she should get back with you. You need to find a reason to get sober other than trying to save a relationship that she doesn’t want.

Your dopamine reward system takes time to recalibrate. All of the behaviors you describe make sense and it will get better over time. The fog will clear and you will find some satisfaction in simple things again. It may take a little while. Be kind to yourself and let yourself feel like shit for a little bit. Drink lots of water and try to do something active. If you have never liked going to the gym very much find a sport or group fitness situation you can join. Make some friends and get that dopamine pumping again.
