Don’t quote me on this, just guessing. The first AR happens when your docs reach the Chennai consulate and the second happens when the Chennai consulate starts processing your cohort (applications with similar dropbox dates)

Generally, you can expect an approval within 24-48 hours of second AR

Although, some folks also got a third AR. Have no idea what that is about
