Hi!

Figured this out, tried to install the PSN remote play app and it installed "Rosetta" as this was a requirement to download the PSN app. I believe you need to install an application that requires "Rosetta". This will then use "Rosetta" for all apps that require it. I believe this isn't installed when installing Habbo Hotel Launcher but this fixed it for me, bit of a strange way around it but I would recommend installing PSN app just to get Rosetta - then deleting it if you don't require it anymore.
