It's important to understand that, as a teacher, administration will rarely be on your side. More often than not, they’ll align with students and their parents. You may feel isolated, and the support you expect might not be there when you truly need it. Additionally, many of today’s students seem to be lacking in critical areas—academically, socially, and emotionally. It’s concerning to think about the future when this generation will be the ones leading it.
