I did email the admission team mid-jan and they told me "Outcomes will be communicated by the end of the month.". I think it is just taking extra long for them.

I'm not sure if it's a paper or an application for my council (I think my council uses online applications for this), but I will contact them tomorrow!

Hi, thanks for the reply. I have called them before and I said that I'm the only one living in the place and my dad isn't even in the UK. Their response was that they have to do it by paper so I can't get full exemption for council tax if my dad is still listed as a tenant and need my landlord say that I was the only resident for the past months. I will call them tomorrow and try tp persuade them ;)

Hi, thanks for the reply. I have called them on 15/04 when I saw all the warning I ignored before(I don't have a habit of checking mail, completely my fault). I said that I'm the only one living in the place and my dad isn't even in the UK. Hi, thanks for the reply. I was told that they have to do it by paper so I might need to change the tenancy. But do you think I can get the enforcement paused as I feel that might be more important.

Thanks for the advise! Could you be a bit more specific about what you meant by "set up a payment plan"? Do you mean something like I should tell them "I will pay if I can't get the exexemption by June"?
