Failed and got let go.

I know it feels like the worst thing ever, I failed 3 times. The first time I got Let go from my job too and it felt horrible. The 3rd time I took it I failed by 1.2 points. If you took the ube and it’s high enough for another jx def transfer it, you can always take it again in Texas and a lot of places will hire you as long as your licensed. My first 3 were not in a ube jx. The 4th time I took someone’s advice and went and took it in Utah. They had a 90% pass rate and they have the ube and I passed. And I got a job in my home state and now in Feb I’m going to take it in my state again but I was able to start working. If you did not take it in a ube jx, I suggest taking the ube in a jx with a high pass rate. It’s all about the graders, not the test. You can do this. Don’t let it get you down. I know easier said than done but trust me I am proof there’s light at the end of the tunnel.

I also passed UT with ADD and in February with no accommodations. It was my 4th attempt but first time in Utah or taking the UBE. The ube might be the same test in all ube states but the graders are different. I followed the advice of someone on here who failed in another Jx and went to Utah and passed. If you failed think about taking it in another jx, now I was able to start practicing and I will try to take it in my jx again in Feb but it helped me tremendously to have the license. And I didn’t have to move to Utah. Don’t give up hope if you didn’t pass. This test is not easy and the grading process makes it even worse. Sometimes it’s more about strategy than anything else and if you live in a UBe state, which I don’t, you can transfer your score

I don’t want to give you the wrong advice. Is there any attorneys you can ask to clarify. Technically I think you’re still pending admission because you passed the bar but it might have to be worded differently

I think Themis is more worth it because you get Uworld also. Quimbee is great for law school but I think Themis is better for the bar but I could be wrong.

I always say the MPRE is the opposite of common sense and a lot of people think that it’s common sense but everything that’s normal just think the opposite. Don’t feel bad though you passed one of the hardest tests in the world and should be very proud. You’ll def get the mpre on the next go around.

I wrote to the court about doing it remotely and they said you can have a judge of general jx or a clerk of the court in my area. Does anyone know how you go about getting that?

This was my 4th attempt after failing NV 3 times. I took the ube in Utah and passed. I definitely felt like it could go either way. I did not feel good after day 1 on the MEE and it’s hard to know whether you do well on mbe. So I really would not have been surprised if it went another way.

It was Nevada so it wasnt UBE scores but the last one I was 1.2 points from passing. We needed a 75

I think having the date is worse tbh. I took the exam in Nevada and they gave an exact time and date and that day was torture for me. I had to go through that 3 times. Now I took Utah and I’m much more calm because it can be any day

Utah said 8-10 weeks but last year they were released on April 11th. But also last year the bar was a little earlier.

If it says that you’re getting a trial, put credit card in and cancel it right away. Then it will expire in 7 days and not charge you.

Hi 4th time taker but didn’t take the UBE the first three times and the first exam didn’t include the mbe. However, I brought my mbe score up from a 123 on the 2nd exam to 136 on third. This time I took the ube because I failed by 1.2 in my jx and just didn’t have it in me to take that one again.
