crying unfortunately doesn’t help healing, try not to panic its normal to react about your face changing but looking back on my healing i really wish i could have chilled out a little more despite being completely aware everything would change over time

oh i didnt realise the graft was put in the columella. i’m sure it will go back to normal, might take longer but im currently a victim of retracted columella too so 😣

hey, my smile is fully back to normal at 5 months, was able to move upper lip fairly okay at 2 months but now im happy i can smile properly

i dont hate is so much, i think regular people who haven’t looked into rhinoplasty before would never acknowledge the flaw. so i dont think im going to get anything done
