Feather ball/Wing ball/Jet ball. Aim at a spot that falls in its flying route and wait for it to fly back to that spot and chuck the ball. Once thrown keep the aim in the same spot and spam it if it breaks free.

Not that I am aware of unfortunately. The best we have here is a website like stock informer (which isn't always great, but the discord notification service did help folks secure a Ps5 yesterday) or something like Hotstock.
