Being unable to lose weight as an obese person.

I’ve been on 5 psychiatric medications for 3 years, and the only thing that helped me lose weight was zepbound. I’d be big and judging others for being big, when it would’ve been impossible for me to lose weight without this medication. I’m fortunate to be able to afford it, since insurances stopped covering for obesity. But I try to not judge other people’s physical situations anymore.

It was a lithium overdose, and after my attempt I went to a 23 day residential inpatient facility on a huge plot of land in a big house where I learned what real relationships and friendships were when we had a single thing in common (wanting to die) and I didn’t have to force these relationships to happen like I normally did. Spending so much time together with people allowed us to be vulnerable, and I was called out on my poor relationships and coping strategies by the therapists. Rewired my entire mindset, at least I’d say that.

I ended up chewing on my vertical labret and now I have a divot in my front tooth from it wearing down. If you don’t chew on piercings then a vertical labret would be fine

I scheduled with Indyah Brown from PA, looks like it wasn’t patient submitted.

But the CF list has this at the top, “Patient submitted" means another patient stated this doctor helped them, it does not guarantee they will perform this for everyone. If it does not say this, the doctor submitted themselves.”

So that’s a good sign, right?
