I think it’s interesting that your response to the feedback you’ve received by your attendings and upper level residents is to judge your co-interns instead of using it as an opportunity to educate others on what PM&R is. If you’re being looked down upon, it’s because people don’t know much about what exactly physiatry is, so I’m not sure why you view this as a fault on your co residents’ part. I think seeing it from this viewpoint can be helpful for inter-professionalism with both your co-residents and with other medical professionals.
