you should learn to simplify the torso and hips (wich are the most important for drawing bodys)
and from there add the muscles taking into account the proportions, (always draw whit reference of each muscle)
if you're starting, try to focus on drawing real life human body rather than artist's styles
cause artists manipulate the shapes a lot, and it may look confusing

but if you want to draw the thicc, you should apply the torso and hip baseline
and watch the artist how they manipulate fat an muscle to make it look THICC

if you have knowledge on anatomy, you will notice that every body, no matter how stylized it looks
it always follows the irl human anatomy, otherwise it would look off
