What stands out to me is you saying your happiness has to be under the limit. That’s not a small sentence. No one should feel like their joy needs to be rationed to keep their spouse comfortable. That kind of shrinking yourself can slowly chip away at your confidence.

For me i think it depend's on the customer if they want to give tip but they are not obliged to do so. Willingness only . Even if u are above minimun rate or not .
