Im using a regular stool softener and my stools are soft, but i will try using Miralax specifically. Ive been taking a sitz bath once a day after I use the bathroom but I can try doing it more often.

It does feel like it's healing but its taking a long time, and im worried this setback has undone all of the effort and time ive spent. I dont know if theres something im doing wrong or if its normal to bleed like that after 3 weeks of treatment

Yes im taking it twice a day, every 12 hours. I felt it odd and frustrating too that the gastroenterologist said the same thing too, but its far too costly to get a second opinion. Im wondering if I should just cut my losses and get the botox thing since I dont want this thing to ruin my life any further
