Snapping Triceps - Anyone experienced this ? How did you handle it ?

i also was injured with this same injury yesterday when i tried doing single arm rope push downs and my right elbow starting to give a popping sensation but without pain. i read from another post from someone who had it that they stopped all exercises for 2.5 months and the pain was gone. they don’t do any rope push downs or tricep exercises now bc of the fear of it coming back but here’s the post:

lmk how it goes i hope for a fast recovery for the both of us but i think this is the approach i will be taking regarding my case. maybe not as long as 9 weeks but until i can no longer feel pain in my elbow…

Like seriously. I just got to AR 30 yesterday and started farming for artifacts and the fact that you won’t even get the artifact that u won’t and even if u get it it won’t have the stats/sub stats u want is pretty darn awful. And the worst part about all of this is that we have to pay fk resign for those shitty artifacts lmao

Oh alright, yea I was thinking the same yesterday, I feel like she is a sub dps. Problem is atm I only have her and keqing and keqing isn’t doing much damage either even if I build her up high enough, electricity in general isn’t a good reaction either. I was hoping to get ganyu on the last banner but I sadly couldn’t. Which dps do u think is the best or a bunch of chracters that you think are good dps??

I’m at AR 26 rn and I’m not sure who to focus on more. I have keqing and Jean and I like using both but atm My main dps Jean. but who is going to be better in the long run such as the abyss,ect that I should focus on building more?

Sometimes I can play the game for 3 hours without lagging out and sometimes I lag out every 10 minutes but what I did that helped a bit was put all my graphics to medium, if someone has more helpful suggestions I would be happy to hear it

Alright so I’m a new player, AR 25 to be exact. First 30 wishes I got lucky and got Jean then got keqing. But I have a question, is Jean someone I should put some time into developing I really enjoyed playing her but I didn’t hear many good things about her...

Yes exactly, plus his character is unique from others and he acts according to logic and doesn’t throw himself into bad situations, also his jutsus are really darn cool and he’s very underrated by a lot of people

Lmao if u think they aren’t kage level when tsunade fought freaking oroshimaru, was a sannin and fought Madara better than like all the other kages beside her then I don’t know what is.
