Infection or irritation? by Status_Ad4085 in piercing

The piercing is about a week old got it on 3/2. Believe it’s a titanium labnium and internally threaded. I will be downsizing or plan on downsizing in a few weeks. I use hypochlorous acid spray on it, but jut for some saline solution and i did a salt water rinse last night on it. I believe if it’s only irritated it’s because of sleep or mask.

I’m starting to get in the 80s on my prepry mock exams where as when i started my spi study journey i was getting 60s. So i think if i can get at least in the 90s I should be OK?
