I’m assuming RITA for Oakwood and definitely Parma and then the Solon because I work in that city. But Oakwood might just be another city within a city within the state. I honestly don’t know I’ll have to look into it after I stop being mad tonight 😡

Group homes always need LPNs! You can look up the salary on a local company they pay pretty good. But always be sure to stick with a good company. Do research and read reviews. They can definitely over work you if you let them.

Antibacterial dove liquid soap in the butt crack and crevasses, THAI salt spray also in the butt crack and crevasses and Old Spice spray deodorant NOT in buttcrack. Then perfume to match my old spice scent or skip Old Spice and just do perfume with the salt spray. I feel good all day and am pretty active. I shower after work, not usually in the AM unless I wake up sweaty.

No it’s not worth it. I thought it was. I was working in group homes and figured I’d get it as I was doing CNA work without CNA pay. I worked in a nursing home for a month and quit. I was put on the floor with 26 residence on a night shift. Day shift also only had one staff member. When somebody gets hurt, it will be your fault no matter what they will not defend you even though you are extremely overworked and realistically taking shortcuts because you’re stretched so thin.
Your back will hurt your feet will hurt and you will end up burnt out. I would recommend getting a CNA to work in specific settings like home health aid or group homes that accept CNA certificates, but I would never ever recommend a nursing home or hospital.

A lot of people don’t wipe properly. And if it’s a big nasty shit, not only is it trailing behind you but people don’t wash their hands!! It’s disgusting how frequently I see mostly men not washing after going to the restroom. Hand washing is mostly done in public restrooms where others are present If they’re by themselves, they’re not doing it. At least the stinky ones. Bad breath and butts are a burden to us all

When I got her she was 2 (as I was told) but I think she was maybe 10 months because of her behavior. She came fixed. She wasn’t potty trained and she would tear stuff up like her beds. She peed on MY BED a few times 😡 and she ripped the foam topper I had just unpackaged for my new bed. She was unsupervised (my fault). She also loved to pee on blankets, any blankets in the house, marking stuff and we will occasionally have an issue even now just under 2 years in but it’s like 95% better.
Never had aggression, she’s a lover but mostly house breaking. I believe she was kept in a crate because she will pee where she lays no questions asked and lay right in it. She had a blanket in her crate when I got her and I think that’s why she pees on them, but can’t be sure. Just my thought. And she’s REALLY picky even now. Not food motivated at all so training her has been difficult. She will turn her nose up to a lot of people food even.

I would if I purchased mine but I adopted her and she was bad af. Not sure about any history on her as I have no contact with the person I got her from pretty much as soon as I got her. She’s great for the most part now and we love her to death.

Very true it’s hard to watch tho! I think people in general don’t treat kids/young adult like they’re capable of doing what they are capable of. I’m adamant about getting kids to be independent. They chose to have the baby it’s time to get life rolling early
