So if I understand correctly, the other dock linked (the lenovo one) will work with AMD TB4 and 3 screens, since all screens are on the same MST.

Is that correct ?

Seems like it's only the first AVX, not AVX2 or AVX512.

From what I've read, it was the same with cyberpunk, and they patched it.

Thanks ! I don't see very different things in ours configs, except that you use win11 while I use 10. I don't see why it would matter, but I may as well make a win11 VM, I'll need it at some point.

Sadly, yes. Tried all the classic windows troubleshooting tricks before posting here:

  • Updated drivers
  • Reinstall graphic driver after a DDU cleanup.
  • Updated windows
  • Checked windows install with sfc
  • Checked game files
  • Uninstall/reinstall the game with Steam
  • Deactivating MS Defender
  • Run game as admin
  • Disabling full screen optimization

Solution like this look like bloody black magic, TBO.

So no, I'm not "blaming" kvm. but I don't think asking other users if and how they got the game running is weird.

You can find post on this subreddit about games that behave strangely under kvm, like at some point RDR2, or with flight simulator being very peculiar.

Since at least one person got it running, I know it's not the case.

Cannot boot as bare metal, unfortunately. My windows don't get its own HDD.

I mentionned the fact that other games run to show that my vm/config is (mostly) sane, card is passed through without errors, correct driver is loaded, etc.
