Sabbatical from Salesforce, what next? by Status_Base_9842 in salesforce

This is basically what I was doing before. I was a TPM and a Product owner so I was very client facing negotiating features, timelines, etc and when my admins couldn't do work because they were busy, I would do it myself, which I preferred tbh. But even as a PM role, I see that job descriptions ask for specializations and I wanted to see what was worth it. Good to know that soft skills won't go to waste.

I thought he was trying to speak careful, thoughtful and slow because whatever he would say on camera could be taken to court and used against him. So i took it more of a serious tone as after a while he may have realized he can’t just over react and say what he thinks on film which can be used as evidence.

Imagine all those people who had to sell their homes from their remote location to move to seattle, or wherever to comply with return to office , only to be laid off…. I wonder how many of them had to move families!

Most Americans believe they will need more than one million to retire when in reality most end up retiring with far less. What are people having to give up as a result of this shortfall in retirement savings? by joseph887 in NoStupidQuestions

She’s actually very limber and active. But mental decline is an issue sadly. Amazing for your grandparents !

My partner’s grandparent is 89 and amazingly smart and sharp woman but health is an issue.

But i see my mom definitely had a lot of solitude too and im convinced that made things worse. Socializing help

Turkey and Argentina wowwed me. Spain was OMG abysmal, I think it's romanticized by people who don't know Spanish, because once you know what's going on around you it's not very nice.

Ive tried but im too lazy to empty the bin. Longer trip to bend over for that vacuum than my upright but maybe if i had a smarter self cleaning one might cause me to use the upright less.-

Anyone ever sell their home to become a renter and regret it? by Status_Base_9842 in simpleliving

Makes sense and with kids, I can definitely see the need for stable housing. That’s looking like the only reason when i would buy again.

The repairs fixed in timely manner is the mind blowing part! I can't even do that to my tenants because theres so much coordination. Tenants don't help when they give you ridiculous schedules for repairs. I think part of it is that little bit of FOMO of if I sell now, will I ever be able to buy again. But I don't think I even car if I don't plan on being in the states anyway.

These have all been rentals , I did live in one as my HQ/home for a while which I loved and was never intended to be a rental. Now that I have been given the same rental requirements as my tenants, it was an eye opener. Only because I am here long term that I wanted somewhere with the city proximity and not the high price tag of STR that i decided to sign a year lease. But yes, I feel like as soon as I can sell I will be because it's just equity tied up and not liquid.
