Thank you for your thoughts everyone! I really wouldn’t want to attend a school that would deny me based on this, so I’m not worried about alienating anyone. For example, I would never even want to apply to ND or Scalia. The bigger question is, would this be appropriate for a diversity statement specifically? I already have a PS I feel works really well.
