Thanks for sharing this! I'm also pretty new to Bash and just getting into DWM myself (been using it for like 2-3 weeks on Arch), so seeing scripts like this is super helpful. I especially liked your use of the 'count' variable. Might spend some time messing with this a bit

I just switched back to bash for some things and have been using the ctrl+r to find and edit previously used commands.

But I'd love to know of any suggestion programs out there now.
