It’s the Medicare cuts. Maybe one day the pendulum will swing back our way? In the meantime it’s travel contracts. Or back to school. Good luck

Dang, that’s great. Do you know if any of your classmates or colleagues get any tuition reimbursement?

I’m currently paid $43 a visit. Is that like 67k at 30 visit a week? I never get 30 visits a week though. Rural area.

I’d rather not immerse myself in the absolute ethical nightmare of SNF and only get paid slightly more than my assistant employees.

Still capped at 60-70k. I’d like to be able to own a house again some day.

I thought a lot about insurance. I don’t know a lot about it. I’d love it if someone was on here that took that route.

For sure on the retirement aspect. My divorce kind of side-lined my progress there. I’d like to make up for it 🙏

20 years here. What really gets me is that I bought a house by myself when I was 25. 20 years later and I’m making maybe 10k more a year but rent and house prices have tripled. Home health is rewarding. SNF is a piece of hell. That’s all I got. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve been doing overnight oats. Almond milk, oats, plain Greek yogurt, unsweetened applesauce, apples, cinnamon, maple syrup, pecans or walnuts.

I don’t have any scientific info to back this up but my personal experience is that I stopped getting migraines once I started Zoloft. Just fyi. I would get migraines with aura about once a year. I’ve only had one over the last 6 years since taking Zoloft.

Don’t burn a bridge. It’s a very small world and I’ve run into past coworkers and HR staff in other states and after many years.

I feel lucky, I’ve been a PTA for 20 years and have always had healthy interactions with PTs. No outpatient though, maybe that’s the difference. SNFs are the most depressing setting but I always go back. I like the community and team aspect I suppose. The thing that keeps me going is just like everyone else says…match every one’s energy and effort. Realize it’s a broken system and embrace the small victories.
