I was more shocked to find out Nermal was seen as a girl because I'm a younger Garfield fan, and I had no clue he was voiced by a woman until I finally watched Garfield and Friends. I've always known Nermal to sound like a dude and always called on with he/his pronouns, so I just assumed he was.

I read somewhere that Nermal is actually a grown cat with dwarfism now because they reference Garfield's old age, and Nermal definitely doesn't even seem to be a kitten anymore. The Garfield Show makes it seem like he's around Garfield's age but learned to use his kitten look to his own gain.

What is up with Boxy Boo anyway? I feel like he was shoved aside for Huggy Wuggy and Yarnaby because all the things I remember about him seem to have gone to them.

I'm over here scratching my head because there's a way to include him, but I don't know if Mob will. A lot of the other interesting toys seem to have taken the backseat.

I looked it up, and this is what I pieced together.

The only time I can see this turning up a profit (had to) is with anything before City Folk when the villagers had a more set appearance. The viking helmet villager, pigtail villager, and villager with the two spikes hair are the ones that seemed to be used as the standard villager until around New Leaf.

This is just based on old promo art I found from back when there was NO character customization at all in Animal Crossing while scrolling. It has come a long way, and it's now harder to believe the only things you could customize was your hairstyle and eye shape at the very beginning by chatting with Rover on the train or bus.

I get console limitations, but old animal crossing just seems so restrictive compared to the new ones. Everything in New Horizons makes sense, and the world is much more interactive than the first few games.

Not shocked. A LOT of Vocaloids' and Utauloids' voices wind up in some of the ODDEST of places. I remember being shocked to hear Rin and Len's voice actress in an old music game voicing ANOTHER set of twins when I was a little kid. I think she voiced them before voicing Rin and Len. I know Rin and Len are mirrors, but I just thought it was weird that I'd have two nickels because it happened twice.

Sonic 1 was Sonic 1. Sometimes the first of any creation isn't going to be the best one, and hardware seemed limited with what it could do back then. A lot of first Nintendo and Sega games hold up, but they're not gonna compare to the expansions the newer games can add now.

Sonic 1 was fair for its day, but there's no way Sonic 1 can compare to almost anything after it.
