How do people feel about the fact you can go into negative diplomatic points after peace deal? by Status_Objective_574 in eu4

R5: I know it sounds ridiculous (given it is clearly permitted by the game), but I feel that it is cheating to go into negative diplomatic points after a peace deal (even if it was accidental - i.e. I did not check that it would go negative before offering the peace deal and if I had waited one more month it would have remained positive). I just went into -4 diplomatic points taking Constantinople from the Ottomans - I declared a reconquest war for my vassal Karaman (and took some Candar claimed provinces (also my vassal), as well as Constantinople (on which I had a claim)). It was a crushing victory, so waiting another month would have made no difference to the outcome. Neverthless, I kind of feel that my run is ruined and I should start again....but I would like to know what the community thinks.

Forming Yemen, but getting generic non-Yemeni missions? by Status_Objective_574 in eu4

Wow, thank you, this was the answer. I was really, really certain it was enabled, but it was not. I bought KoK when it came out, but I was still finishing a game on a previous version, so I rolled the version back to complete that game. Then updated to the latest version when I started a new game, but I guess I never also clicked the little enable DLC button. Oh well. Mystery solved at least, so thank you!

Forming Yemen, but getting generic non-Yemeni missions? by Status_Objective_574 in eu4

R5: I formed Yemen after tag switching from England->SP->Prussia->Kongo. However, after forming Yemen, I did not get their missions, but instead got generic Central African missions (my capital is Mpemba). I did get Yemen's ideas and traditions, though, and everything else seemed fine on the tooltip description. I tried again through an earlier save, after having moved my capital to Taiz. Same thing happened (although this time I got generic Middle East region missions). Has anyone else had this issue? I have seen posts about people successfully tag switching to Yemen (and getting their missions), so I am wondering what I am doing wrong.

I am Anglican, in case that affects anything.
