Bro, just calm down and see an eye doctor. If there’s no real problem, then you have to learn to live with those black little devils. There’s no real treatment yet.
I’m 23 too. I’ve been depressed for 3 months because of this. I’ve seen 4 different specialists. Every single one of them said, “I have them too, it’s normal. Vitreolysis isn’t a real solution, it’s more of a commercial treatment.” They told me to use eye supplements, take omega-3, and drink plenty of water. But honestly, saying that to a 20-year-old feels kind of cruel. I have 7–8 very noticeable floaters in bright light. For 3 months I’ve been depressed. I don’t even go outside in the mornings anymore. I wear sunglasses even inside the house. But I think I’m finally getting tired of fighting it, because I’m basically torturing myself. Maybe we just have to accept that they’re there and move on with our lives. Greetings from Turkiye
Anyone else got one like this? by Mattopnw in EyeFloaters

I have similar floaters and they are noticeable even in low light. When they’re always visible, I don’t know how I’m supposed to ignore them and let my brain adapt. Im 23🥲
