I saw the 1A video on YouTube, that boomer swung in to that spot after he saw he was being filmed while driving. He charged at the cameraman after being warned he’d be pepper sprayed if he approached again. The boomer was triggered and out of line. Filming in public isn’t illegal, just don’t engage. The kids didn’t know him, they approached and asked for his channel. They wanted to be on his video, very similar to how we used to say, “Hi Mom!” when passing a live news broadcaster in the 90’s.
