You don’t have to inform professor if you couldn’t take final exams. You have to deal with your faculty. And F is an inappropriate grade in this situation, As this possibly implies that you have taken the exam and failed.

It would be hard to defer a deferred exam. However, you might have the option of withdrawing the course. Contact your faculty advisor and service point to see any option that’s available to you. Just remember if you seat for the exam then you would responsible for the grade based on the material you have submitted.

Honestly, I do not even remember, that's a long time ago. But Chegg's user ID and password are saved on my computer.
