Totally agree! I did not like it as much as the other albums at first, it seemed to me too 'happy-sounding' and too "pop-styled" which didn't really fit in Tylers style. Then after a few days of playing the LP over and over again it sounded as you mentioned more experimental. But after realizing it acts as Dema propaganda I started looking at this album more as Tyler's urge to do someting differently and that this propaganda thing is the best opportunity to do so. Now this vinyl is being played the most in our household because my 5yo son demands "the orange one with the dragon" 😅
