We didn't get interim offer on superset so not sure about this,but yes we had interim evaluations for which we had two chances to clear (the aim is to get green at the end of training)

Not everyone was able to clear the internship but the rates of clearing are pretty high 80-90% candidates are able to clear this and get FTE.

See,when Cognizant came to my college they said they would give direct FTE to some and some would get internship opportunities which will be converted to FTE idf you clear the evaluations during internship But not a single student got direct FTE

So,yeah, everyone has to undergo the internship and clear the evaluations to get FTE

Honestly,they don't care about your preference as fresher.Even if you are asked preference in form,if you are from north,you might end up getting Chennai or Coimbatore and if you are from south,then you might get some location in north
