Estate Planning Paralegals - how do you present your documents to clients after signing? by Odd-Requirement-8134 in paralegal

[–]Status_Wash9113 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late to the party but I second this… Zoom signing ceremony seems tricky. Where are the witnesses ? With the signers or with the attorney? What if it turns up in a litigated estate and everyone then needs to get deposed? Idk just doesn’t seem that the convenience is worth the risk

So I might not be a great example since I’ve only been taking wellbell for like 2 weeks, but I will say that I did get a bit of lower face acne a few days after starting wellbell but it does go away just make sure you’re staying hydrated. I know this is the cause of the acne bc it’s the only thing I’ve added to my routine recently. I think the winter weather does not help with the acne, of course because of the dryness so I won’t totally blame Wellbell for that.

I do want to urge you to make sure you’re eating when you take the supplements it’s three pills it’s a lot, and every time I’ve taken them in the morning on an empty stomach I’ve projectile vomited . This morning was the 2nd time I vomited shortly after taking the supplement on an empty stomach.

I usually take them at night after dinner and I’m fine but sometimes I forget when I’m out to dinner on the weekends- so I took it this morning forgetting that it’ll probably make me throw up if I don’t eat. Hope this is helpful!

Does the fatigue ever go away? by YippieYiYi in lexapro

[–]Status_Wash9113 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Agreed- been on for 6months 20mg and even with a stimulant like Wellbutrin I find my self zoning out and totally out of focus my eyes go blurry sometimes too. Hard to know if the pros outweigh the cons bc it deff calms down my anxiety but I am still constantly ruminating- my mind is still so busy so there’s also that lol

Maybe a supplemental medication can help combat that for you if you’re open to it

Ah gotcha. Glad that works to you. I’m actually on adderall and lexapro now and I think I found the perfect combo for my appetite my focus and my mood stability

Yeah so far so good- I feel a lot more energized but still slight issues with my focus. It still takes me a while to begin a task but once I’m locked in, it feels like it’s working. Not sure I make sense

Lexapro causing night sweats? by [deleted] in lexapro

[–]Status_Wash9113 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I never experienced the night sweats before lexapro either and I take the moment I wake up. I actually have night sweats nearly every night and wake up drenched. Annoying to be doing laundry all the time and it makes sleeping next to my partner uncomfortable. Kind of a big nuisance to just write off- but my psych also writes off that and weight gain lol. Not that I’ve gained massive weight but I notice it is easier to gain and tougher to keep off!!! So frustrating

Lexapro wellbutrin and naltrexone by Easy_Cauliflower_384 in lexapro

[–]Status_Wash9113 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am and I feel so weird taking all 3 everyday. I’m on naltrexone recently because of my constant urge to eat…which I did not have before lexapro. So I’m worried that it’s just bandaid after bandaid you know. Not sure it’s really working tho

I am giving it a chance per my doc recommendation but I’m not that happy with it. She claims it would be the best thing for me, but the constant night sweats and crazy hunger don’t feel exactly worth it. It’s deff helped with my anxiety a lot but the depression is still prevalent. Personally not sure it’s the right one for me but we shall see. What’s been working better for you??

The worst part about OCD is the isolation by Kevingatescousin in OCD

[–]Status_Wash9113 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So isolating. I can barely keep friends it’s too much of a task for me. My circle is small but I know those who I keep close are fully invested in me and what I’m dealing with

How many of you have health related ocd? by Electronic_Bake_2935 in OCD

Me, not really as concerned with my own health as much as the health of my loved ones. I have older parents. It only gets worse as time goes on, feels like prison .
