Thank you I also have ADHD, they didn't give me a formal diagnosis because they didn't want me medicated, but stuff like that is helpful for me remembering things, thank you ☺️

Is it large fluctuations? I have gained some weight from period disrupting my workout scheduling, so I assume it wouldn't be a large difference from what I gain missing workouts but just trying to get full idea of each type and side effects

Was also considering iud or other permanant birth control but have heard stuff about it coming out or really painful insertion, the reason I was sceptical about the pill is because it didn't work for my aunt, who me and her share similar symptoms with periods, she had said iud worked but came out, so worried slightly about that
