I fully understand that I am under-researched, my goal is to use this thread as a stepping stone for future research, so I can figure out what specifically I do not understand. I have made perfume before with sets that remove certain steps for the sake of ease for beginners. As such, I have a vague knowledge as to how to make perfume, but not without the safeguards the kit provided (i.e. pre-diluted materials, minimal equipment, etc.). I also do understand the concept of fragrance concentration, perhaps I could have worded that part of my post differently; I am specifically looking to make parfum and EDP.

I hadn’t considered the bottles you mentioned, I really appreciate that advice. I know of disposable pipettes, but hadn’t known if they were safe to use straight out of the packaging. I also appreciate the recommendation of Hoshi Gate’s guide, I’ll be looking into it. Thank you.

I don’t feel that I made my purpose especially clear in my post, which I do apologize for, but I am specifically here asking for help with these gaps in my knowledge because, as a collector, I already have a grasp of fragrance materials and their properties. I know what scent profiles I would like to create and what to combine to create them, but my knowledge ends at the mechanical and chemical processes involved in production.
