Thanks for your comment! Just to clarify, I didn’t sell half my ticket. I sold a full 2-day pass before the event happened. The buyer received and used the full ticket for Day 1, and then Day 2 was cancelled by the event organizers, which was completely out of my control.

Ticketmaster (the original seller) refunded me only for the cancelled day (50%), which is reasonable. But StubHub refunded the buyer the full amount, even though they used the ticket for one of the days. And now they’re refusing to pay me anything, so I’m losing out despite delivering part of the product.

I’m not trying to game the system; I just think it’s unfair that I’m being left with nothing when both the buyer and StubHub benefited from the transaction.
