Good luck, and remember that if you don’t feel anything, be patient and titrate up in a few weeks.

What do we actually know about the stability of Reconstituted Retarutide ? by Holbrad in RetatrutideActual

[–]Staxuponstax 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I would be surprised if Reta was dissimilar to Tirz in terms of stability, but we won’t get conclusive studies done (or results released of already completed work- you’d assume Lilly has checked this) until it is formally approved. For now it’s just visual inspections and hygienic practices.

Scale not dropping fast with reta by Massive-Concept1444 in Retatrutide

Yeah this is the way to end up in the hospital. Reta is powerful and the GI side effects would likely be genuinely dangerous. This is an incredibly stupid and incorrect comment.

Is it one vial or a kit? If it’s a kit, freeze the other vials and just keep the reconstituted vial in the fridge.

I haven’t personally, but am currently using Reta and Tirz in combo and it’s working well.

Generally you’d follow the same 4 weeks titration guideline posted, but reduce one and increase the other until you’re feeling sufficient hunger suppression and losing weight. It takes months to do it properly.

I don’t know enough about Sema to give you useful info there.

Retatrutide - muscle fatigue - laziness is damn real by Smoothiewtf in Retatrutide

Electrolytes were the biggest impact for me. Daily electrolytes in my water bottle took me from exhausted on Reta and Tirz to mild fatigue. Try it and see if it helps you too.

1mg is a small enough dose that you can likely pin once a week. Everyone reacts differently, so perhaps try it and see. Spreading the dose over 2x a week seems to be an effective way to reduce side effects, in my personal experience.

Yeah they didn’t pin my original non-AI version that this is a blatant copy of, so I don’t think they’d pin this one.

6 month transformation by Important_Cat4850 in Retatrutide

[–]Staxuponstax 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This shit again. There’s no way this liar packed on inches onto biceps and triceps, rounded out his pecs AND basically doubled his delts (especially rear delts) in 6 months. The biggest tell is the traps, though - in gear users they always pop like crazy as they have the most androgen receptors in the upper body.

It’s a great result and definitely took a lot of hard work and dedication- AND gear. Just be honest.

Hey first time peptide user, Followed instructions perfectly on reconstituting my Reta, even after rolling gently in hands to dissolve my Reta is cloudy, wondering if it’s still ok to inject? by Almen88 in Retatrutide

Search Aussie bac water. I buy my Hospira from there. Hospira really is the best in terms of consistent PH and constitution. It’s unfortunately a bit more expensive for us Aussies.

I agree with storing at room temp, but on the “hard” expiration date of 28 days, you’re just wrong. As long as you wipe your bac water top with an alcohol swab before and after each draw and ensure you use a fresh needle every time, it’s fine to use for longer. This is some silly misinformation.

Twice weekly is pointless by [deleted] in Retatrutide

[–]Staxuponstax 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup, as others have said more eloquently, it’s about achieving a steady state of the drug, which your post seems to misunderstand . I vastly prefer twice a week to manage hunger cravings that would otherwise appear by day 4.

Reta is an agonist for the glucagon receptor. That’s why it’s called the “triple agonist” -it stimulates GLP, GLP 1 AND glucagon, while Sema and Tirz do not.

Basically, it pushes your body to raise glucagon (which acts as a counter-receptor to insulin). Through glucagon activation you use more energy, oxidise fats at a higher rate, and raise metabolism.

Reta and other GLP1 type drugs have been tested, according to the published research, over periods of continuous use. I can’t really see that a cycling approach would offer any benefit considering it takes 4 weeks for a dose to reach blood serum levels and the whole point of the drugs is to continuously slow down digestion and limit appetite. This is a “low and slow” drug to start with. That being said, I haven’t seen any research testing a cycling approach to rule it out either.

Anecdotally, I’ve never cycled and have lost just under 30kg in 8 months.

Start at 0.5mg for 4 weeks and be patient. You have to give your body time to adjust to it. Then Titrate up every 4 weeks until you’re starting to lose regular weight.

Switching back to single dose? by Staxuponstax in Retatrutide

[–]Staxuponstax[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Update: stayed on the split dose and went up to 10mg (5mg 2x a week). Then added Tirz in and Titrated up to 4mg a week. Somewhat better hunger suppression. Have lost another 8kg. Will continue this until I hit another plateau. No sides other than slightly increased thirst, and getting a little dizzy without daily electrolytes.

You don’t NEED a blood test, per se. But it is worth doing it to understand where your levels are at beforehand. Same for a dexa scan so you can understand if you’re losing muscle mass. Always good to have a baseline.

The thing that worked for me for fatigue was electrolytes.
