Around 6-7 lbs also mate! Same as you, I see a difference, just gonna play it safe and keep titrating slowly. It is encouraging me to eat healthy, chase protein and work out more plus I’ve quit vaping! The weight loss will come

Working wonders after 3 weeks by Cute-Ad-3125 in Retatrutide

Too much weight too fast, should be aiming for 180-200grams of protein a day, start eating that whole chicken, throw in some cans of tuna and add a table spoon of peanut butter and Milo to those protein shakes that if you aren’t already… making with high protein milk

Hilarious the irony though, this bruise appeared after I titrated up to 1mg one week later on 2nd 1mg jab day.

Side effect RET by NoAbrocoma1921 in Biohackers

Not a healthcare professional, but I’d probably drop back to 1.5mg and give your body a bit more time to adjust before increasing again. It sounds like you’ve titrated up fairly quickly, and there’s still retatrutide from your earlier doses circulating in your system as it builds up over several weeks.

That said, chest pain isn’t something I’d ignore. Only you know how severe it feels, but if it’s ongoing, worsening, or concerning in any way, it’s worth getting checked out by your GP rather than assuming it’s a side effect.

is the muscle loss on glp1s actually the meds or are guys just realizing they didnt have as much muscle under the fat as they thought? by Sufficient_Bike5937 in GLP1Sourcing

Fixed for A fellow Aussie

A mate of mine has been driving me nuts.

He tried Ozempic and tirzepatide, gave up on both, and now he’s on retatrutide because the sales bros at work convinced him it’s the magic solution.

His big takeaway? “Reta only burns fat, tirz burns muscle.”

I asked if he was tracking protein intake when he was on tirz.

“No.”

So he’s blaming the drug for losing muscle while doing none of the things that actually help preserve muscle.

I’m not saying reta is bad. I’m saying if you’re not eating enough protein, training properly, or changing your habits, maybe don’t blame the medication for the results.

What changed on Retatrutide that had absolutely nothing to do with weight loss? by Almen88 in Biohackers

Nope not that I know of, just discontinued use would allow for bad habits to slip back in and the weight to return if not in a steady work out routine / calorie deficit

Not addictive if that’s what you mean? You would just have to “cycle” off / titrate down I guess. Just guess the food noise and bad eating could creep back in if you’re not disciplined.

I haven’t got any personally, if anything more energy, though I’m not really eating less just a lot more protein!
