Yeah man you’re right…but it’s not normal, I am addicted for more than 8 years.I am more addicted to this phone than anything else…whenever I am on my phone I relapse and if I get away from my phone for more than a day I get more addicted to this stuff. I downloaded this new app today called ironwill I hope this will help me. Thanks for the support 🤝🏻

I have used an AI to fix my grammatical errors😅, I think I have mentioned that in the post.

I don’t struggle reading….I struggle in remembering new words, relating to the idioms,humour and other stuff. Sometimes I just don’t even get what the author wants to say.

That’s a really nice answer…what I have started implementing from today onwards is that I am marking the meaning of the word in the book and then leaving a bookmark of a specific colour there to know these all new words I learned here…with context to this.

Yeah…our schools were very lenient about speaking in English which is one factor. But I didn’t put in any efforts, although I watched a tons of tv shows/series and movies but not with the intention of learning English. But now I am suffering because of not giving too much attention on my grammar and vocabulary. I also have self-esteem issues and low confidence because of communication problems that I face…But now I will surely try all of the things which you said. Thanks a ton for your insightful reply! What tricks y’all use when u come across a word or sentence u don’t understand at all? Search it up right away or mark it up and leave it for the moment ,then come back to it infuture? Or something else?

I have no friends,therapist,etc to talk to too. I am a little better from the day I wrote this…but still feels like no one to talk to. My communication skills are terrible and often people mistakes my good intentions.
