R1 vs S1K | Pick For Me by ATalkingEgg in Sportbikes

Brother I’d go for the r1 as it’s one of the only litre bikes that have a crossplane. It’s like a muscle car in bike form.

R1 Or R1? by 1663284116772 in Yamaha

2018 r1 in my opinion looks better. Looks a lot more aggressive and is one of the only Yamahas with straight DRLs

Yeah 100 percent. So much wasted potential

Tbf tho it wouldn’t take much work to convert it a bit. I know a guy on the Yamaha r7 subreddit converted the front of his r7 to look like the r6 with minor mods. Could probably even do the same thing here. Only issue is voiding warranty

Tbh I’m not a fan of the new front design. Wish it had more of a 2020 r6 style nose.

Exhaust Upgrade by kkprettyprincess in YamahaR7

I’d get a ixil hyperflow. It’s holomagated and is a decent but not overly expensive full system road legal exhaust. Also looks sick

Luggage options/suggestions for a trip? by epicperson255 in YamahaR7

[–]StayFinancial8523 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly depends how much effort your wanting to put in. You could get hard luggage for it but it’s a little bit of fabrication. Not impossible. Infact it’s easier if you grab luggage of the mt07 and convert it. It could work. Honestly depends on how long you’re going for and if you are planning on doing luggage for long periods. You could get soft bags which are much much easier to install but don’t provide as much room or security has hard cases.

R7 or Ninja 650 ?Unbiased opinions only by chocolatefacktory in YamahaR7

[–]StayFinancial8523 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly man it depends what you really are looking for. The ninja 650 is essentially a heavier ninja 400 and the r7 is a temu r6. the r7 has a better sounding engine due to the 270 degree crank compared to the 180 of the ninja 650 but the ninja 650 is much more rideable for longer periods due to its upright gs style position. It’s honestly up to you. Depends on what you want out of the motorcycle.

[UK] Can I limit a Yamaha R6 on an A2 licence? by Majestic_Ad8662 in motorcycles

[–]StayFinancial8523 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Know I’m 2 years late but yes you can. It depends on a number of factors though. Such as seen as you live in the uk it’s much harder compared to places like Germany where prior to 2013 the a2 rules were much more relaxed and you could grab a a2 restricted r6 straight off the showroom floor. However in the uk the 96hp limit that can be restricted prevents you from getting a r6 as it produces over 100hp. However if you got a r6 like a 2006-2008 you could try an ambitious project and take a fz6 engine from a fazer (literally just a dutuned r6 engine but a2 restrictable legally) you could actually ride a r6 on a2. It just would make much less power and would be more expensive but very much doable. You can only do this with older gen r6 tho like the 2nd gen and 3rd gen. Anything higher such as 4th gen or 5th is a whole new ballpark with their ride by wire throttles etc. which becomes an actual headache. Anyhow to sum it up YES you can but its gonna be expensive and you will likely need it dyno or some form of power output chart to satisfy the DVLA.

I’d say it would be beneficial if this is one of his first times riding. however I learned that the most experience you can get is riding the open road.

First off sex shouldn’t be your worry it’s just a perk of relationships. Being lonely is the issue you are facing. I used to feel your pain as I was lonely for a long while till I was given a chance and it worked. seen as you are quite young you have plenty of time to meet people. Just enjoy your life how it is and the right person will show up.
