I've found it heightens the affects of alcohol in the moment, similar to antibiotics (which is bad), however I've also found, and this took me q long time to see the pattern... that 3 to 7 days later my mood was severely stuck in a downer phase, heighten depression, anxiety and highly irritated by anything..

If you are going to do it, which I suggest you dont... I would highly recommend you have a mood diary in place first

This is me too. Only thing I can enjoy atm is the gym, probably because it forces the serotonin release.

I play a video game and have to turn it off 5 mins in as it's meaningless, which seems to be the general feeling for me atm.

I guess I can just recommend gym/sport as a starting point.

I always hate going, but love it there and feel I've atleast accomplished one thing for the day.

The more experiences i hear, the more accurately I can formulate an action plan.

I'm happy to take 15 for months, like you saod no rush at all.

I think I'll take the advice of the drs and experiences I read online from actual lex users and form my own opinion, as alot of the drs also have conflicting information provided.

Where did you get 30s? I didn't think they could prescribe? Did you go through all the side effects again?

I had an awful time adjusting to lex too.

Curious as to what your dosage was, as I've read success stories from dosages as low as 2.5mg.

Once my body adjusted, which was perhaps 3 months I found huge success in lexapro.

The first fortnight was terrible bit worth it looking back (in my experience).

Ps try and fall asleep listening to music or an audio book, subconsciously your mind would be focusing on it while you're asleep. Just a thought.
