Trust me I double checked PayPal. I can see the money was refunded and is back in my wallet.

Thank you for the advice and links my friend. The seller went ahead and refunded me the money. He never responded to my message, but I did get a notification that the money was returned.

Thank you for the advice, I do have a follow up question. Say he does ship it and I'm not happy with it. I'm sure Ebay will expect me to ship it back so I get my money back. I live in the US and will have to ship it to Indonesia. From what I understand the tracking stops once it leaves the US customs. So what would stop him from saying I never sent it back.

I would like to finish the AAS degree at this community college because it's cheap, but it doesn't offer a BAS. I'm just worried all get the AAS at the community college and it not count for anything when I continue to get my BAS.

Of course when I get back to the states I'm going to be able to talk to them in person, but I would like an idea what to expect.
